Refund?
Once a product has been downloaded, there are no refunds. As the nature of our business is electronic, there's no way to receive the product back and is the reason for this policy. If you have not downloaded the purchase, you can request a full refund within 10 business days.
As a Vendor, what perks do I get?
We have a generous commission system, set your own pricing, hosting of your product, and assistance in setting up your quick import links (Streamlabs and StreamElements)

Where's my download?
If your payment is on hold, your file will not be available for download. Sometimes PayPal does not process payments instantly. In this case, you’ll need to wait until your funds are verified and the transaction has cleared. If your payment went through and you’re still having issues downloading you files, please use our contact form and let us know how we can help you. When using Bitcoin, we have to manually approve the purchase after confirmation of funds. We typically complete this within 5 minutes of confirmation.
How do I sell my creations?
To become a vendor, head over to the vendor application (https://overlaymarket.com/vendor-registration/) and sign up. Anyone can be come a vendor. As such, every product uploaded goes through an approval and screening process to ensure it's 100% safe.
What payment methods do you take?
We currently accept Paypal, Stripe and Bitcoin (through Triple-a.io)
